Not So Blessed…

Those of you that know me, know that I am not an alarmist.

Oh, I have my moments.

I get annoyed when I leave the milk out all night. I’ll get a Little freaked out when a friend says that they have cancer.

And, I DO get alarmed when a bomb goes off down the road. I have pictures.

So, I’m not really an alarmist, except that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is worth getting alarmed over.

He is a charming fanatic who happens to run a country that will soon have nuclear weapons. And, he follows a religion that believes that military conquest is an acceptable form of ‘godliness’.

Not only that, but he feels that he is uniquely placed to help ‘bring in the Mahdi’ – the forerunner of peace, righteousness and the glory of Islam.

If you aren’t feeling a bit alarmed by now, you’re brain-dead. Go get your head examined.

Guess who his first target will be:

“The skirmishes in the occupied land are part of a war of destiny. The outcome of hundreds of years of war will be defined in Palestinian land”

Here’s another:

“As the Imam said, Israel must be wiped off the map,” (referring to Iran’s revolutionary leader Ayat Allah Khomeini)

The good thing is that he would never use nuclear weapons against us. We’re too close to muslim population centers and muslim holy sites.

The rest of you aren’t so blessed.

  1. Can you say Hollow Point? Would you happen to know where someone can find a copy of the letter Mahmoud wrote to Pres. Bush? I was on ROOZ and can’t find it.

    AND

I want to see the pics you have of the bomb that went off down the street from your place.

    AND

People here in the states truely are clueless about all of this.

I read about the 12th Imam and found it VERY interesting.

If only US politicians could be that passionate about the God of Abraham and His son Jesus Christ.

Why did Israel give the Palestinians weapons after that head security dude was killed?

You read my mind and posted some great places to get educated on world affairs. Now about some of those links….;)
